A business with 300 inbound call minutes and one phone number uses 4,080 tokens a month with anicall.io – that is €40.80 net.

Add 100 minutes of AI setter calls to landlines (100 × 16 = 1,600 tokens) and you are at 5,680 tokens, i.e. €56.80 net. Without calls only the phone number is charged – there is no base fee.

How billing works

anicall.io bills exclusively via prepaid tokens; history and receipts are in the dashboard and the Stripe customer portal.

  • You top up tokens with a one-time payment via Stripe: €20 = 2,000, €50 = 5,000, €100 = 10,000 and €250 = 25,000 tokens (1 token = 1 cent net).
  • Calls are billed per started minute: inbound 13 tokens, outbound to landlines 16 tokens, outbound to mobiles or abroad 62 tokens.
  • Each phone number costs 180 tokens per 30 days; the first fee is deducted when you buy the number.
  • When your balance is used up, no new calls start; a running call is limited to the remaining balance.
  • No base fee, no subscription, no minimum term. Tokens you top up never expire.
  • All prices plus statutory VAT. anicall.io is for businesses only.

What is a token?

A token is the billing unit of anicall.io and equals 1 cent net. You top up tokens in advance; every call and every phone number uses tokens at its rate.

Is there a base fee or a subscription?

No. There is no base fee, no package and no minimum term. You only pay for the call minutes your agent talks and for your phone numbers.

What happens when my balance runs out?

Then no new calls start, and a running call is limited to the remaining balance. The dashboard warns you in good time when your balance gets low – topping up takes just a moment.

Do tokens expire?

No. Tokens you top up never expire.

Can I test anicall first?

Yes. You test the agent for free in the browser: import your website, run a test call, look at the review. You only need tokens for real phone calls.

Are all features included?

Yes. The knowledge boundary “grounded only”, booking including Calendly, AI setter campaigns, API v2, MCP server, webhooks and the aniCRM and anilead import are open to every customer.
