Frequently asked questions

Do I need programming skills for integrations?

Not for calendars, HubSpot and the ANI Suite – you connect them in the dashboard. For your own systems, use API v2, webhooks or the MCP server.

Does Calendly work?

Yes. You connect Calendly with a personal access token and pick an event type; the agent books there directly. A paid Calendly plan is required.

Which permissions does an API key have?

Exactly the scopes you grant when creating it – for example only reading calls or only managing knowledge. Approving dial jobs is a separate scope.
